Originally from Japan, coffee jelly (コーヒーゼリー) is a popular dessert known for its special texture and the delightful combination of coffee flavor and sweetness. Living in Seattle, the coffee capital of the Pacific Northwest for decades, two passionate designers, along with a local chef from Osaka, Japan, came together to recreate this lovely dessert. We aim to seamlessly blend the city’s rich coffee culture into every tantalizing bite of our coffee jelly. As freshly brewed coffee meets Japanese agar, new drinks with a magically unique texture come to life. This 100% original and innovative coffee shop began its journey in the summer of 2024, and we are thrilled to invite you to indulge in this extraordinary coffee experience with us!
