Our signature Jelly Coffee is the perfect starting point for everyone. We call it Jelly Coffee instead of Coffee Jelly (the well-known dessert in Japan) because we only use freshly brewed coffee and Japanese agar as ingredients, making the jelly incredibly soft so you can enjoy it with a straw. Essentially, it’s like drinking a cup of iced coffee, but in jelly form.
We collaborate with a local roaster to develop our coffee blend specifically for Jelly Coffee. A darker roast is used to ensure a strong coffee flavor in the jelly. It is slightly sweet on its own, but you can request extra syrup if you prefer it sweeter. The default topping of half-and-half is the perfect complement, and we also offer non-dairy alternatives. Additionally, ice cream and affogato (ice cream topped with espresso) are popular topping choices.
Our signature Jelly Matcha is also very popular. We use premium matcha powder from Japan and carefully strain and brew it to turn it into jelly. The standard Jelly Matcha with milk has a mild sweetness and a pure matcha flavor, while the Jelly Matcha with Matcha latte is a sweeter and creamier option with extra matcha syrup.
The Jelly Matcha may taste slightly more bitter and powdery than regular matcha, as the finely ground matcha powder naturally settles during the cooling process. If you prefer a smoother texture, we recommend giving your Jelly Matcha a good stir before enjoying it.
Our Jelly Milk is truly an innovative creation. While it was originally developed for our kid's menu, it has quickly become a popular addition to our jelly series. The Jelly Milk with Espresso is the opposite of Jelly Coffee with Milk: it has Jelly Milk as the base and coffee as the topping. They taste very different, so it’s fun to try both and compare. The same concept applies to Jelly Matcha with milk versus Jelly Milk with matcha syrup.
The Jelly Milk is made with whole milk, giving it a sweet and creamy flavor. There is no non-dairy option available for the Jelly Milk series, although a decaf option is available in the Jelly Milk with decaf espresso.
Our Jelly Tea is made with freshly brewed black tea and offers a mild alternative to Jelly Coffee or Matcha if you prefer a lighter jelly flavor. The Jelly Lemon Tea is one of our most popular drinks in the summer.
Whole milk is the recommended topping for Jelly Tea. We do not offer oat milk as an alternative topping, as it does not taste good together.
